If you exceed your subscription hours, we’ll transition to our hourly rate for the additional time and notify you as you approach your monthly limit so you can plan accordingly. While unused hours don’t roll over, you can provide us with a list of non-urgent tasks to handle if there’s time left. This way, we ensure every hour is utilised effectively.
On Toast VAs are typically available from 8am to 6pm (NZ Time), Monday to Friday. However, we are flexible and happy to accommodate your needs if you require assistance outside of these hours. Our goal is to provide support that fits seamlessly into your schedule.
We provide regular reports detailing progress and hours worked. Using shared project management tools, you can monitor tasks at your convenience.
